Fractal Knots No. 1
This print is based on a fractal tiling. The fractal knots design was created by decorating each tile with a knot motif, removing the outlines of the tiles, and doing some additional rendering. "Fractal Knots No. 1" is a limited edition of 50 digital prints created in 2006. The image size is 12" x 12".
This fractal tiling was the starting point for the design, with each tile decorated using the knot graphic shown at right:
